Atreo's POV[]

We sat at the back of the restaurant, the stone chairs felt different from the wooden stools in Pandora's house and it felt like as if everyone was staring at us. We were sure to be cautious.

We did look pretty different from everyone, most people here wore fancy robes of silk and linen while I just wore a simple tunic with cotton pants, my sword was slung around my shoulder and along my back, Pandora would probably fit in but Clark and Josh definitely wouldn't, their clothes were... weird...? Guess I shouldn't be that surprised after all, they're from the future.

The waitress brought us a plate of salted meat that it was so unappetizing I could barely take a bite, it had seriously looked like had been cooked a few years ago. While we were watching the bystanders going left and right, salesmen trying to invite people to their shops and people just casually heading to their workplaces, I noticed a suspicious man wearing what looked like to be a black hooded robe just staring at us. As I try to properly distinguish what he had looked like, I noticed that he had deep dark circles under his brown eyes, eyebrows so thick almost covering most of his forehead and a huge mole on his right cheek.

As he noticed me when our eyes met he quickly bolted off, I get off my seat and start chasing him "Atreo??" Pan shouts as her voice fades outs.

I had been chasing this man for what seemed like to be a couple minutes avoiding whatever objects this person has been throwing and knocking down from surrounding markets before I have seen him getting into a lifeless alleyway just on the outskirts of Rome. I can hear as Pan, Clark, and John indistinct voices come fading in from the distance as they come running after me.

They all just stand there mumbling as they're trying to catch their breath. "What the hell Atreo, why did you start running??" Pan says

"This person definitely knows what we're looking for." "Something was off about him. He was also snooping on us."

"So what now? Do we go into this shady-looking alley way?? We're not being led to a trap are we" Pan says while trying to recover her energy from that tiring long run, I guess my training at Troy really boosted my stamina.

I can't put her in danger, I have to keep the promise I left to Pan's mother, and it's uncertain that whatever is in there is dangerous or not "I'll go in alone. I can't put you in danger just because of one man, I'm your protector after all." I said after I draw my silver sword that had been a gift my father left me.

"Either we all go in, or none of us do." Pan says as she and the others draw their weapons
