Dana grew up in the ancient city of Athens, Greece with her father, a fairly wealthy merchant. During her childhood, she enjoyed to play in the fields of flowers behind her family's plot. She had always had a large interest in nature and plants, especially flowers. By the time she was three years old, Dana began to grow flowers, and make the other plants around her grow. The meadow became a place for her to be herself in; she wasn't told what to do, what to wear, what to say. In the outside world, she learned to keep her feelings and opinions to herself. She has quite a green thumb, but had trouble learning to use it out on the battlefield.
She is very sensitive, but tries to hide it under many layers of bluntness and silence. Dana is not very fond of people in general, and constantly has doubts about herself. She doesn't openly trust people, except for her father. She keeps a lot of her feelings to herself, but enjoys to let out her anger in battle.
