This section shall tell how to do things such leave messages.
How To Sign:
You see, when leaving messages, you need to sign your name. You put: (~ ~ ~ ~).
To put just the siganture, put (~ ~ ~).
To put just the time (not recommended) put: (~ ~ ~ ~ ~)
How To Customize Your Signature:
This is something you should put off till later, but I shall teach you how to do it.
For example: my one say "Ahem. Coughs." You can make your's say anything.
To make your sig, go to the upper right corner where it says your username. On the drop down list, it says "My Preferences" under "My Talk." Click on it.
A new page will open it. Scroll down the page until you reach an area labeled Signature. There is a typing field in the section. If you wish to link it to your page, your talk page, or anywhere else, use the [[as usual and the | .
For example: If someone named PJOFan999 wants their sig to say "I Rule" and "You Suck" they would do this:
[ [ User: PJOFan999|I Rule ] ] [ [ User talk: PJOFan999|You Suck ] ] without the spaces.
Then click save at the bottom.
How To Leave A Message:
When you want to talk with someone or ask them a question, click on their profile, and go to the tab that says "Talk Page". Click the orange button that says "Leave message". Type you're message when you're editing, and on the right side bar, write the subject in the empty box. Once you are done, sign, and click publish.
How To Create A Page:
Click "Create New Page" on the left side above the Wiki Activity
What NOT TO DO[]
- DO NOT attempt to leave someone a message on YOUR TALK PAGE!
- DO NOT forget to sign!
