Personality[]
Kelsey is sweet girl, who cares a lot about her friends. She's also very smart, but not as smart as children of Athena. She loves to laugh and smile, but she knows when it's time to be serious. She usually isn't one to ask many questions, but at Camp Half-Blood she has a lot of questions. She's very quick to believe that all of Greek mythology is real and exists.

Kelsey is fifteen years old, 5'10", and has strawberry blonde hair. She also has blue eyes, but that hasn't been mentioned yet.

Abilities[]
Kelsey has every ability of a child of Poseidon is able to have. She uses hydrokinesis (the ability to control and manipulate water). She is able to breathe underwater, and she doesn't get wet unless she wants to. She is able to talk to horses. She seems to have more control over her powers when she first learned how to use them. She is excellent at sword fighting.
