Shirato Fuuka is a Daughter of Khione, who had a lust for power. She kidnapped Isa McLean with the help of Theia in hoping Josh would come to rescue his mom.

Shirato has been power hungry at first, because she was told that her mom is a minor god. But she rejoices once she found out that she is also a descendant of Boreas, because that means she knew she can use more of her powers.

- She can conjure ice storms from the palm of her hand.
- She has a freezing touch, which means that she can freeze people in a block of ice with a mere touch of a finger.
- She can summon a snowstorm that could cover 1 kilometer radius that is -207 degrees celsius.
