Sophia Vandalia is a daughter of Athena, but she doesn't even know that she's a demigod yet. She is Kelsey's best friend at school. She is currently in the Underworld somewhere because she was pushed through the floor by one of the Furies. The reason why is unknown.

She almost gets upset about things, which means she's a cheerful person. She's really smart like all children of Athena and she hates it when she can't answer something.

- Sophia means wisdom. Her mom is Athena, goddess of wisdom.
- Vandalia is the name of a city/town in Ohio, which I was going past when I was writing the second chapter of Trip to Olympus and needed a last name for Sophia.
- The Fury that shoved Sophia through the floor into the Underworld was the same one that attacked Percy in The Lightning Theif.
